As an approved Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Seller/Servicer, FCBM offers Broker, Non-Delegated Correspondent and Retail lending services across the continental United States. We also offer Warehouse Lending services to Banker to Banker and larger Non-Delegated Correspondents. Our financial strength, experienced operational staff, and dedication to customer service are what make us stand out as a lending partner in the mortgage industry. Florida Capital Bank Mortgage operates as a division of Florida Capital Bank, N.A., a nationally chartered, full-service bank.

Some of the most experienced mortgage bankers in the industry make up FCBM's management team and sales executives. Mark F. Johnson serves as President and CEO of Florida Capital Bank Mortgage. Prior to joining FCBM, Mr. Johnson was Executive Vice President of Production and Secondary of a U.S. based mortgage lender.  Andrea Lefebvre joined FCBM in 2008 and serves as Director of Production.  Her tenure in the business included fourteen years as Northeast Regional Manager and National Credit Committee Co-Chairperson at SunTrust Mortgage as well as being recognized as Affiliate of the Year for the northeast brokers association.

We purchase mortgage loans from approved mortgage Brokers by funding these loans at closing.
